Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Fancy Collection, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fabrics that are carefully inspected before dispatch. Each order goes through strict checks for color accuracy, texture, quantity, and design code verification.
As most fabrics are cut and processed specifically for your order, we request you to kindly review our policy before placing a purchase.
By ordering with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
🌿 Product & Lot Disclaimer
- Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
- Minor differences in shade, weave, or finish may occur due to lot-to-lot production variations, which are natural in the textile industry.
- Such variations are not considered defects.
- Product specifications such as weight and texture are approximate.
- Fabric embellishments like mirror, glitter, and stone work that are pasted may slightly shed, and that is not considered a defect, as it is a natural thing for textile embellishments.
- Dyeable fabrics refer to the base of the fabric being dyeable. Any effect on the work/zari/scallop/embroidery/finishing of the product after dyeing is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not entitled to returns since dyeing is a third-party process, and Fancy Collection will not be responsible for any dyeing-related outcomes. Customers themselves are responsible for after-dyeing risks.
We always ensure premium quality within acceptable textile standards.
🛍 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before processing.
Prepaid Orders:
- Cancellation within 12 hours: 3% processing fee.
- Cancellation after 12 hours (before dispatch): 5% processing fee.
- Refund processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
- Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
🚚 Partial COD Policy (Advance + Balance at Delivery)
We offer Partial COD, where a small advance payment is collected and the remaining balance is paid at delivery.
Please Note:
- The advance amount becomes non-refundable once the order is processed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- Delivery will be attempted a maximum of two times by the courier partner.
If Delivery is Refused or Not Accepted:
After two failed attempts, the parcel will return to our warehouse.
- Advance amount will be forfeited.
- Forward and return shipping charges will be deducted.
- Re-dispatch (if requested) must be prepaid.
- Re-shipment may take an additional 10–15 working days after we receive the parcel back.
- Repeated COD refusals may result in COD facility being restricted for future orders.
🔹 Partially Fulfilled Orders Clause
In case an order contains multiple items and one or more items become unavailable due to stock limitations, supplier delays, or lot-to-lot fabric variations, the remaining available items in the order will be processed and fulfilled.
Partially fulfilled items that are available and already processed cannot be cancelled solely due to non-availability of any other item in the combined order.
Customers will be notified in case of any unavailable item, and applicable refunds (if any) will be initiated only for the unavailable product(s).
This policy helps us maintain fair service for genuine customers.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We assist in genuine cases where:
- A major manufacturing defect is found
- Wrong product is delivered
- Incorrect quantity is delivered
To Raise a Request:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear product images
- Share a complete unboxing video (mandatory)
- Provide Order ID
Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
📦 Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unstitched
- In original packaging
- In original cut length (fabric must not be cut)
If fabric is cut, stitched, washed, or altered, the return request will be rejected.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not applicable for:
- Fabric orders cut from rolls
- Orders above 10 meters of a single design
- Sale or discounted products (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Borders and laces
- Partly fulfilled items in an order
🌍 International Orders
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customs duties, taxes, and import charges must be paid by the customer.
If customs duty is unpaid by the customer, clearance is delayed by the customer, or the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities, Fancy Collection will not be responsible for refund or loss in such cases.
🔁 Reverse Pickup (India Only)
(Only in approved cases)
- Reverse pickup is arranged in serviceable areas.
- For non-serviceable locations, self-shipping may be required (approved courier cost reimbursed).
- Replacement processing timeline: 15–25 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
